Children/Grandkids: I have one daughter, Megan Armstrong Wills, born 1976.
She co-founded the Charm City Comedy Project. More…She teaches improv classes with young people. She is a writer, editor and administrator. Her best friend is Buster, a boxer/pointer mix (who is also my granddog).

I published my first collection of poems, "Go Early into the Unknown", in December 2010. My second collection, entitled "Depth Finder" was published the following year.

I love travel, hiking and genealogy.
School Story/Favorite Teacher:

I was so eager to dive into the deep end of the pool in life that I left for college after junior year! I was barely 17 and I soon found out how unready I was for that. I am sorry that I missed out on the fun times the rest of you shared during senior year. The world began to change so very quickly and drastically during that time, but I kept blinders on and ignored the rear view mirror too. It's a lot of fun now to look back and think how free we were to make mischief, and mistakes too, as we felt so safe in our community.

Mr. Byrum played a role in encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone, take risks, and find some kind of hilarity even in the experience of stage fright. I loved him for that.

Dear Pat, Over the years I had the idea that 'water seeks its own level'....and I translated that into the motion of a pendulum ...and believed somehow that "back to normal" really was A THING...ha! At any rate, I am thankful to have lived to tell the stories. St. Augustine's Tower in Hackney, London. This tower was built in 1275. In April 2015 it was the venue for the special exhibition "I Dreamed I Saw St.Augustine" in which three of my poem were featured.
